At The ʻIliʻili Edit, we take pride in crafting garments with care and intention. If your order isn’t exactly what you envisioned, we’ll do our best to make it right—with elegance and ease.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Final sale, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

• To begin your return, please email us at Contact@theiliiliedit.com with your order number.

Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges for size, fit, or color (subject to availability) within 30 days of delivery.

• To request an exchange, email Contact@theiliiliedit.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange it for.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• A refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

• Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will prioritize a replacement or full resolution at no extra cost.
